Manufactured by Unceta y Cia, Guernica, Spain, from 1942 until 1948 as a substitute pistol for use in the German military service. Many will have German acceptance marks. Models were made to chamber both the 9MM Luger cartridge and the .32 ACP. Generally are well machined with a polished blue finish. The 600 model is slightly shorter and lighter than the 400, and also differs in that the 600 magazine floor plate has a tongue on the right which fits into a notch cut in the right side of the grip at the base. The lanyard loop is a rigid ring on the left side of the base. Otherwise very similar to the 4000.
