Made by Rheinische Metallwaaren U. Maschinenfabrik in Sommerda, Germany, the same factory that produced the Dreyse pistols. Produced between 1922-1927, the pistol is a derivative of the Browning model 1910 without the grip safety. It appears to be very well made.
